Job listings are posted by third-party employers and recruiters. AIS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listed position. AIS is not responsible for any hiring decisions made by employers.

5. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We may share your application data with employers you apply to.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by AIS or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

AIS provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
