We are seeking an experienced Teppanyaki Chef who can deliver exceptional culinary experiences with precision, creativity, and flair. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Teppanyaki-style cooking and a passion for high-quality food presentation.
Bachelor degree
Prepare and execute Teppanyaki dishes for guests efficiently while maintaining superior quality and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped kitchen environment.
Monitor and manage inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies; place orders as required.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create new dishes and enhance existing menu items.
Communicate effectively with service staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Train, guide, and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff to uphold operational excellence.
Proven expertise in Teppanyaki cuisine with over 10 years of relevant experience.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
Creative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with a passion for culinary presentation.
