• Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and follow up on inbound inquiries.
• Qualify leads, capture customer requirements, and update CRM or lead registers.
• Schedule site visits and appointments for sales team.
• Provide product and project information clearly and accurately.
• Handle objections and close basic queries to move prospects through the sales   funnel.
• Prepare daily call reports and maintain call logs.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
 

Qualification :

Associate degree

Primary Responsibilities :

• Experience: 2–3 years in real-estate telecalling or sales support.
• Education: Minimum high school; diploma or certificate in sales/communication preferred.
• Skills: Strong phone etiquette; persuasive speaking; basic CRM familiarity; good record-keeping.
• Personal traits: Target-driven, patient, professional, and punctual.
• Gender: Male preferred; female candidates optional.
