Summary:
Manage all technical office operations related to civil/architecture projects including planning, cost management, quality control, technical reporting, and team supervision to ensure project success within scope and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project documentation, planning & scheduling
Provide technical support to site teams
Prepare/review technical drawings & specifications
Control project costs & budgets
Implement quality & safety standards
Lead and train technical office staff
Prepare progress reports & manage procurement
Resolve technical and contractual issues
Bachelor degree
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Civil/Architecture Engineering
5+ years in civil engineering with 3+ in managerial roles
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D & project management tools
Strong leadership, problem-solving & communication skills
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
