Primary Responsibilities :

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence and storytelling across platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing impactful social media strategies that engage audiences, drive brand awareness, and position Alliance Recruitment Agency as a thought leader in the recruitment space.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.

    • Identify trends, content opportunities, and platform innovations to stay ahead in the recruitment industry.

  • Content Creation & Management

    • Create original, high-quality content — including posts, carousels, reels, infographics, videos, and stories — tailored to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other platforms.

    • Write engaging copy for job postings, hiring tips, success stories, and employer branding campaigns.

    • Maintain a consistent content calendar and brand tone across all channels.

  • Engagement & Growth

    • Build, grow, and engage with online communities by actively responding to comments, messages, and discussions.

    • Partner with internal teams and recruiters to amplify hiring needs, milestones, and success stories.

  • Performance Analysis

    • Use analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics) to monitor KPIs and generate performance reports.

    • Refine strategies based on engagement data and ROI.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Strategist, or Digital Marketing Specialist.

  • Proven success in growing and managing brand presence across major platforms.

  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills.

  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), or video editing platforms is a plus.

  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Suite, etc.).

  • Knowledge of recruitment or HR tech space is an added advantage.

  • Ability to work independently, creatively, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
