Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence and contribute to brand growth. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, executing social media strategies, engaging audiences, and analyzing campaign performance across all digital platforms.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor all company social media accounts, ensuring brand voice and consistency.

  • Create and schedule engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) tailored to each platform.

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reports.

  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketing teams to align campaigns.

  • Handle outreach with influencers and partners to expand digital reach.

  • Assist in planning and executing live events, webinars, and virtual conferences.

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient with major platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X).

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Customer-focused mindset with basic understanding of online reputation management.


Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google AnalyticsBufferHootsuite, or Canva.

  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid social media campaigns.

  • Basic knowledge of design and content editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
