We are seeking a proactive and experienced Services Operation Manager to oversee and manage daily operations across service-based functions, with a strong preference for experience in the cleaning industry. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient service delivery, manage field staff, track key performance indicators, and maintain high-quality standards.
Bachelor degree
Oversee day-to-day service operations including cleaning, pest control, maintenance, or facility management.
Supervise field workforce and ensure task completion as per quality benchmarks.
Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols and operational procedures.
Plan and manage workforce schedules and deployment for optimum efficiency.
Maintain timely reporting and track performance through KPIs.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure service excellence.
Respond swiftly to operational issues and provide on-ground solutions.
Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
Graduation/Post-Graduation/Special Courses: No specific requirements
2–5 years of relevant experience in service operations (cleaning industry preferred)
Freshers with strong potential may also be considered
