Roles & Responsibility:
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site. Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, plans, and specifications. Manage and guide site workers, contractors, and subcontractors. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Bachelor degree
Mandate Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in the real estate industry.
Specific experience in residential and commercial high-rise building projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Leadership and team management skills.
Additional Information: The candidate must be able to maintain daily progress reports (DPRs), track material usage, and resolve on-site issues promptly to ensure work is carried out as per company policies.
