Key Responsibilities:

Engineering Leadership:

• Lead civil engineering projects from concept to completion.

• Review engineering designs, drawings, and construction plans for feasibility and compliance.

• Provide technical oversight and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop detailed project schedules and ensure timely progress.

• Manage engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

• Implement tracking and control systems to maintain timelines and cost efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

• Provide regular project updates, risk assessments, and technical reports.

• Resolve project issues and ensure client satisfaction.

Team Management & Collaboration:

• Supervise and mentor the engineering team for optimal performance.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure integrated project execution.

• Monitor worksite activities and enforce adherence to design and quality benchmarks.

Quality Assurance & Risk Mitigation:

• Enforce rigorous quality control through inspections and audits.

• Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure full compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.

Budget & Cost Management:

• Develop and control project budgets in alignment with client requirements.

• Approve expenditures and ensure adherence to financial constraints.

• Collaborate with procurement teams for cost-effective sourcing.
