Job Summary:
Seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Accountant (CA / ACCA / Cost Accountant) to independently manage the full accounting and finance function from scratch. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Indian and international accounting standards, statutory compliance, financial planning, and systems implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish and manage accounting systems, processes, and policies from the ground up.
Handle end-to-end accounting functions including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), payroll, taxation, inventory, and costing.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including GST, TDS, and ROC filings.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and relevant authorities.
Implement and manage internal controls and support audit processes.
Provide financial insights for strategic planning, pricing, and key decision-making.
Set up and maintain ERP or accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, SAP, or QuickBooks.
Manage cash flows, cost control, and financial restructuring where needed.
Mentor and manage junior finance staff, if applicable.
Key Requirements:
Qualification: CA / ACCA / Cost Accountant (fully qualified preferred; semi-qualified with strong relevant experience may be considered).
Demonstrated experience in independently setting up and managing accounting functions.
Strong grasp of Ind AS, IFRS, Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
Experience working in start-ups or early-stage businesses is a plus.
Proficient in accounting tools/software (Tally, SAP, Zoho, QuickBooks) and Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
