Bachelor degree
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and goal achievement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing, operations, and customer service initiatives.
Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and negotiate high-value deals.
Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions.
Plan and lead marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms to support sales objectives.
Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, identify opportunities, and assess competitors.
Build and maintain a strong brand presence and ensure alignment across all promotional activities.
Organize promotional events and coordinate co-marketing campaigns with suppliers and vendors.
Ensure all sales and marketing activities remain within budget while achieving maximum ROI.
Regularly forecast sales performance and report on key metrics to leadership.
