Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and goal achievement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing, operations, and customer service initiatives.

  • Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and negotiate high-value deals.

  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions.

  • Plan and lead marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms to support sales objectives.

  • Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, identify opportunities, and assess competitors.

  • Build and maintain a strong brand presence and ensure alignment across all promotional activities.

  • Organize promotional events and coordinate co-marketing campaigns with suppliers and vendors.

  • Ensure all sales and marketing activities remain within budget while achieving maximum ROI.

  • Regularly forecast sales performance and report on key metrics to leadership.
