The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in the Fire Protection industry. The role involves promoting Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and project-based solutions to achieve revenue growth and strengthen client relationships.
Identify and generate new business opportunities for AMC and project sales in Fire Protection Systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and consultants.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable fire protection solutions.
Prepare and deliver competitive proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the management.
Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure timely execution and client satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure and payment follow-up.
Bachelor degree
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Fire Protection Systems – AMC & Projects.
Strong knowledge of fire safety products, systems, and maintenance services.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Valid driving license preferred.
