Job Description:
Retain and grow existing accounts while acquiring new clients within the carpet industry market segment.
Stay updated with market trends and regularly report insights to the management.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and valuable market insights.
Investigate customer complaints, propose solutions, generate reports, and offer actionable recommendations to the management team.
Exhibit professionalism and strong market understanding.
Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the industry.
Job Requirements:
2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the carpet or related industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong sales acumen with good financial judgment.
High energy, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.
Keen to gain deep knowledge of products, markets, and customer needs.
Team-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities.
Demonstrated people management and developmental skills.
Preferred Experience:
Background in B2B sales, particularly in hospitality carpeting (Hand Tufted, Axminster).
Exposure to FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) sales in the hospitality sector.
Experience working with interior design or architectural firms.
