Business Development & Sales
Generate new business leads through cold calling within the assigned territory.
Conduct
4–5 customer visits daily
.
Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through continuous follow-up.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
Generate repeat business and customer referrals.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Conduct technical discussions regarding products and their applications.
Sales Operations
Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry generation to payment collection.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Coordinate order booking and invoicing with the principal company.
Plan and execute weekly customer visit schedules.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
Participate in weekly meetings with the principal company and discuss the sales pipeline and funnel.
Qualification :
Associate degree
