Summary of the profile:
Filing important documents, and communicating relevant information and providing necessary
support to the sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for
Principles, colleagues, and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback,
documentation, and information.
Skill sets required
• Fluent Communication in English & Hindi
• Ability to liaison with clients, colleagues, and the overseas vendors, is a large focus
within the job.
• Highly organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage
paperwork.
• Due to the volume of communication that will be required with the client, and the
overseas principal vendors, the sales management professional must possess excellent
customer service skills and email drafting skills with proficiency in grammar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Power point presentation, MS Excel like
Pivot table, V look up and other analytical tools
• Excellent in data compilation and analytics.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and
communicating relevant information
• Preparing Quotations, BOM
• Coordinate with the overseas principal vendors to ensure that the PO is understood by
them
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies
• Manage the budget for expenses such as marketing and travel
• Prepare MIS reports with regional breakup of various categories of sales done.
• Monitor Target Vs Sales figures in respective currency.
• Coordinate and follow up with customers on the phone.
