Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development/Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in acquiring new clients, providing investment advisory services, and supporting the growth of the business through strong client engagement and strategic sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new clients.

• Provide expert consultation on equity and mutual fund investments.

• Assist clients in designing and managing their investment portfolios.

• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships.

• Monitor market trends and apply insights to refine sales strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives and drive company growth.

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduation: Finance or Marketing

• Post-Graduation: Finance (preferred)

• Special Certification: NISM V (Optional)

Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

• Proven expertise in sales and client relationship management.

• Strong consultative selling abilities.

• A confident, persuasive communicator and a proactive team player.
