We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter (IT/Non-IT) to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles across IT and non-IT domains. You'll work closely with hiring managers to identify needs, build sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Bachelor degree
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and ideal candidate profiles.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Maintain and update a structured candidate database for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct reference checks and assist in offer roll-outs and negotiations.
Stay up to date with hiring trends and recruitment best practices to enhance strategy and execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of proven recruitment experience in both IT and non-IT domains.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and ATS platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
