About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter (IT/Non-IT) to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles across IT and non-IT domains. You'll work closely with hiring managers to identify needs, build sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and ideal candidate profiles.

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.

  • Maintain and update a structured candidate database for ongoing and future hiring needs.

  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Conduct reference checks and assist in offer roll-outs and negotiations.

  • Stay up to date with hiring trends and recruitment best practices to enhance strategy and execution.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human ResourcesBusiness Administration, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of proven recruitment experience in both IT and non-IT domains.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and ATS platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
