Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to oversee the lifecycle of our decorative poles and brackets portfolio. This individual will be responsible for strategic planning, product development, market research, pricing, and cross-functional coordination to drive growth and profitability in municipal, commercial, and architectural lighting segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and execute product roadmaps for decorative poles and brackets based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Identify new product opportunities and enhancements to existing products.
- Product Lifecycle Management:
- Manage all phases of the product lifecycle including launch, maturity, and phase-out.
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to ensure product relevance and market competitiveness.
- Stay updated with industry regulations, urban design trends, and sustainability requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Provide training and support to sales teams and distribution partners.
- Interface with architects, specifiers, and municipal authorities to understand needs and ensure alignment with market demands.
- Attend trade shows and customer meetings to promote the product line.
Bachelor degree
Financial Management:
- Develop pricing strategies and business cases to support profitability goals.
- Monitor and report on product performance, margins, and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Design, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in product management or product development, preferably in lighting, infrastructure, or construction-related products.
- Strong understanding of casting, pole fabrication, and bracket design/manufacturing processes.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software is a plus.
