Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations including cutting, stitching, finishing, quality control, and packaging.

Plan and schedule production orders to meet client timelines and maximize operational efficiency.

Lead, recruit, train, and supervise Masters, tailors, and QC staff.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement with suppliers and vendors.

Ensure strict quality standards and conduct regular inspections across production stages.

Track and analyze operational KPIs: output, on-time delivery rate, defects, and implement improvements.

Manage costs, control budgets, and reduce operational waste.

Ensure workplace safety, labor compliance, and adherence to Bahrain regulatory requirements.

Coordinate closely with the sales team for custom, urgent, and priority orders.

Improve production workflow, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualification

B.Tech in Textile Engineering or equivalent degree (required).

Additional certifications in production, operations, or quality management are an advantage.

Expertise in production planning and resource optimization.

Ability to lead and manage large production teams.

Knowledge of quality control methods and textile standards.

Good understanding of Bahrain labor and safety regulations.

Proficiency in production monitoring tools, MS Office, and reporting.
