📍 Location: Jumeirah Lake Towers
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary Range: AED 3,500 – AED 5,000 Gross Monthly (Depending on experience & qualifications)

Job Overview

A reputed organization based in Dubai is looking for a smart, presentable, and proactive Office Assistant with strong bilingual communication skills in English & Arabic to support daily office operations and management activities.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent administrative coordination abilities, strong MS Office skills, and a professional personality capable of handling front-office and executive support responsibilities efficiently.

 

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to management.

Welcome clients and visitors professionally and ensure a positive office experience.

Serve refreshments to guests while maintaining professional hospitality standards.

Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Handle documentation, filing, correspondence, and reports in both English and Arabic.

Support day-to-day office coordination and administrative activities.

Assist management with personal and office-related tasks as required.

Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and organized record management.

Coordinate internal communication and ensure smooth office functioning.

Perform additional duties assigned by management from time to time.

25 to 35 years

Skills & Qualifications

Fluency in both English & Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong working knowledge of:

MS Word

MS Excel

Outlook

PowerPoint

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Good time-management and coordination skills.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Detail-oriented, flexible, and proactive approach to work.

Experience Required

Entry-level to 1–2 years of experience in:

Office Administration

Front Office

Executive Assistance

Office Coordination

Administrative Support

Compensation & Benefits
