System Management

 

• Design, implement, and maintain MIS infrastructure to support business operations

• Configure and optimize system architectures for efficiency and reliability

• Oversee system security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures

• Lead system upgrades and technology implementations

 

Zoho Platform Administration

 

• Configure and customize Zoho CRM, Books, People, Projects, and other modules

• Design automated workflows and business processes within Zoho ecosystem

• Manage user access controls and security settings across Zoho platforms

• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics using Zoho tools

• Integrate Zoho applications with existing business systems

 

Data Management & Reporting

 

• Develop comprehensive reporting systems for executive decision-making

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance

• Create automated data collection and analysis processes

• Design KPI dashboards and performance tracking systems

 

Leadership

 

• Manage IT support staff and collaborate with department heads

• Develop IT policies and best practices

• Plan and execute technology budgets

Job Description :

Zoho certification

• Experience with system integration and automation

• Background in ERP implementations

• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• 5+ years MIS management experience

• 2+ years hands-on Zoho suite experience

• Strong system setup and configuration skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Leadership experience with cross-functional teams

• Strong communication skills for technical and business stakeholders
