Job Title: MEP Site Electrical Engineer
Location: Sirt, Libya
Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified MEP Site Electrical Engineer to manage and oversee electrical installations on-site. The successful candidate will ensure all electrical work complies with project specifications, quality expectations, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Management
Supervise and monitor electrical installations on-site for quality and compliance.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Collaboration
Coordinate with mechanical engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless system integration.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical updates.
Technical Guidance
Provide technical direction and troubleshooting support to site teams.
Resolve electrical issues encountered during installation or testing.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain daily logs, inspection reports, and material consumption records.
Prepare progress reports and communicate any schedule or scope deviations.
Quality Control
Enforce quality control measures to ensure compliance with project and industry standards.
Conduct final testing, inspections, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Bachelor degree
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical site engineering within the MEP industry.
Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, standards, and best practices.
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and components.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in electrical design and analysis tools.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
