Job Title: MEP Construction Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Construction Manager to oversee all stages of MEP project construction. The ideal candidate will manage on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Site Management:

Supervise and coordinate all site construction activities.

Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.

Materials Management:

Oversee material procurement and ensure timely delivery.

Manage inventory and coordinate logistics with head office.

Site Logistics:

Plan site layout, access routes, and storage areas.

Manage hiring and maintenance of construction equipment.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor the construction team, including foremen, workers, and subcontractors.

Foster teamwork and ensure performance efficiency.

Stakeholder Liaison:

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Resolve site issues promptly and maintain open communication.

Quality Control:

Implement strict quality control measures and conduct regular inspections.

 

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Safety Management:

Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Conduct site safety meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP construction management.

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and codes.

Proficiency in construction management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore).

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
