As a Marketing Analyst – Influencer Outreach, the primary responsibility will be identifying, engaging, and maintaining relationships with online influencers across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, etc. Your experience in customer service will play a key role in managing communications professionally, understanding influencer needs, and ensuring smooth collaboration with the brand.
Post graduate degree
l Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across various platforms.
l Initiate contact with influencers, introducing them to Freewell products tailored to their niche.
l Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers to drive consistent brand visibility.
l Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product shipments, campaign goals, and content expectations.
l Track influencer content, engagement, and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of collaborations.
l Analyze influencer data to optimize future outreach efforts and campaign strategies.
l Provide timely and clear communication to influencers, mirroring Freewell’s high standards of customer support.
l Assist with campaign reporting, performance reviews, and suggesting new outreach strategies.
l 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or customer relationship roles.
l Prior customer service experience (email/chat/phone) with excellent communication skills (English).
l Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
l Familiarity with social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and influencer marketing trends.
l Comfortable using tools like CRM software.
l A proactive, polite, and professional communication style.
l Bonus: Passion for photography, drones, filmmaking, or tech-related content.
