Job Title: Manager – DPR & Control
Experience Required: 5 – 8 Years
Salary Budget: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager – DPR & Control to manage Daily Progress Reports (DPR), project monitoring, and control functions. The candidate will be responsible for tracking project performance, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting timely project execution.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
5–8 years of experience in project monitoring, reporting, or planning

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of DPR preparation and project reporting
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Profile

Experience in construction / infrastructure projects
Familiarity with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project)
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

DPR Management:

Prepare, review, and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
Track daily site activities, manpower, and equipment utilization
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports

Project Monitoring & Control:

Monitor project progress against planned schedules
Identify delays, risks, and deviations from plan
Support corrective action planning and execution

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze project data and generate MIS reports
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
Present insights to management for decision-making

Coordination:

Coordinate with site teams, planning engineers, and project managers
Ensure smooth flow of project information across departments
Follow up for timely updates and reporting

Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain proper project records and documentation
Ensure reporting aligns with project standards and requirements
