The ideal candidate will be experienced in converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. This role plays a vital part in supporting business growth through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
Bachelor degree
Lead Conversion: Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding hiring needs and recommending suitable recruitment solutions.
Market Awareness: Research industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Proposal Management: Create proposals and participate in contract negotiations.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate lead and client data in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for campaign alignment.
Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize conversion and client satisfaction.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/staffing sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in lead conversion.
Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline tracking.
