Job Title: Junior Interior Sales Executive
Location: Bangalore
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹38,000 per month
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Junior Interior Sales Executive with a strong background in interior sales and a deep understanding of the Bangalore market. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, capable of building lasting relationships, and adept at identifying and closing business opportunities in both residential and commercial segments.
Bachelor degree
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify new business avenues.
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline focused on residential and commercial interiors.
Foster strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations with potential clients, interior design companies, architects, and builders.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, project management, estimation) to provide tailored solutions and proposals.
Ensure smooth client handover to execution teams post-sales closure.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Share insights with the leadership team for continuous improvement of services.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
1–2 years of experience in interior sales (residential or commercial projects).
Strong network within the Bangalore interior design ecosystem.
Proven success in lead generation and sales closures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with premium interior brands or turnkey interior solution providers.
Awareness of current design trends, materials, and customer preferences.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with great attention to detail.
