Design & Drafting

  • Prepare façade shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and detailed design drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Assist in developing technical solutions for curtain walls, windows, doors, skylights, louvers, and cladding systems.
  • Modify and revise drawings based on consultant comments, internal reviews, and client requirements.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and company guidelines.
  • Maintain drawing registers, revision records, and project documentation.

Quantity Surveying & Material Take-Off

  • Prepare accurate material take-offs from approved project drawings.
  • Generate quantity schedules for aluminium profiles, glass, steel components, hardware, gaskets, sealants, and accessories.
  • Update material quantities and schedules following design changes and revisions.
  • Support project material planning and procurement activities.
  • Maintain quantity tracking sheets and material consumption records.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with Senior Façade Designers and Team Leaders to ensure timely project completion.
  • Participate in internal design review meetings and technical discussions.
  • Assist in resolving design-related issues and technical queries.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure design accuracy and project compliance.
  • Support project documentation and submission requirements.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain organized project files, drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.
  • Assist in preparing technical reports, design submissions, and project records.
  • Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Educational Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
    • Civil Engineering
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Architecture
    • Construction Engineering
    • Related Technical Discipline

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in:
    • Façade Design
    • Curtain Wall Systems
    • Aluminium Systems
    • Window & Door Systems
    • Cladding Projects
    • Building Envelope Design

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic understanding of façade systems, curtain walls, glazing, and cladding materials.
  • Ability to prepare technical drawings and material take-offs.
  • Understanding of quantity surveying and material estimation concepts.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Autodesk Revit or other 3D modelling software.
  • Familiarity with façade engineering principles and building envelope systems.
  • Understanding of fabrication and installation processes.
  • Experience with quantity surveying and material planning.

Communication & Soft Skills

  • Good English communication skills (Mandatory).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
