Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying top talent, managing stakeholder expectations, and contributing to the growth of our technical teams. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT landscape and strong sourcing, assessment, and candidate management skills.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand hiring requirements and create targeted sourcing strategies.

  • Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine), social media, and professional networks.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Maintain and update recruitment data and applicant tracking systems.

  • Prepare recruitment reports and share progress with stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.

  • Implement creative strategies to attract passive candidates.

  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Keep abreast of market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry hiring practices.

  • Team management and mentoring (if applicable).


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT/Technical Recruiter.

  • In-depth knowledge of IT roles, skills, and technologies.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously with high quality.

  • Proactive, result-oriented, and a team player.

  • Team leadership experience will be an added advantage.
