We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Recruiter with a proven track record of hiring across the Middle East and APAC regions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in regional recruitment practices, cultural nuances, and hiring strategies to attract top talent for a variety of roles.
You will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and building strong talent pipelines to support our global growth.
Bachelor degree
Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles in the Middle East and APAC, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs, define job descriptions, and identify ideal candidate profiles.
Design and implement effective regional sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and headhunting methods.
Conduct comprehensive candidate evaluations to ensure skill alignment and cultural fit.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear and consistent communication.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms to manage candidate pipelines and improve process efficiency.
Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies across target regions for specialized hiring needs.
Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and employment regulations in the Middle East and APAC.
Support the HR team with onboarding processes for international hires and ensure smooth transitions.
4+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on hiring for the Middle East and APAC markets.
Proven experience in managing full recruitment cycles, preferably in a global or cross-border hiring context.
Expertise in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and recruitment CRMs.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple roles simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Analytical mindset with experience in database generation, optimization, and reporting.
