Job Title: Interior Sales Manager

 Location: Bangalore
 Experience Required: 7–8 Years (Minimum 5–6 Years in Interior Sales)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and experienced Interior Sales Manager with a solid background in interior sales and a deep understanding of the Bangalore interiors market. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of interior designers, architects, and vendors, with a proven ability to drive revenue, manage a sales team, and foster long-term client relationships.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

2. Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Proactively generate qualified leads through networking, digital platforms, referrals, and cold outreach.

  • Build a robust sales pipeline across residential and commercial interior projects.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct presentations and meetings with clients, interior firms, architects, and builders.

4. Team Leadership

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.

  • Conduct performance reviews, sales training sessions, and strategy alignment meetings.

5. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to develop customized proposals.

  • Ensure seamless client handovers to execution teams post-sales closure.

6. Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on competitor activities, pricing trends, and innovations in materials and design.

  • Share actionable insights with senior leadership for continuous improvement in offerings.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Marketing, or related fields. MBA preferred.

  • 7–8 years of experience, with at least 5–6 years in interior sales (residential or commercial).

  • Strong industry network in Bangalore.

  • Proven track record in lead generation, sales closures, and team management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a startup-like environment.


Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience with high-end interior brands or turnkey interior solution providers.

  • Good understanding of market trends, materials, and design aesthetics.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
