Job Title: Interior Architect

We are looking for a creative, technically skilled, and detail-oriented Interior Architect to join our dynamic design team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of design flair and technical expertise to conceptualize and deliver high-quality interior environments. This role involves working across various sectors—including residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail—to develop functional, aesthetically driven, and regulation-compliant design solutions that reflect client needs and brand values.
Bachelor degree
Develop innovative and contextually appropriate interior architectural concepts.
Interpret client briefs to prepare space planning, design layouts, and interior architecture strategies.
Create mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations to communicate design intent.
Produce comprehensive architectural drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations, RCPs) using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
Prepare detailed construction documentation for partitions, ceilings, lighting, joinery, and finishes.
Ensure all documentation complies with local building codes, accessibility norms, and fire safety regulations.
Collaborate with internal design teams, MEP consultants, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure design alignment.
Attend project meetings, conduct site visits, and participate in coordination reviews.
Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets under senior guidance.
Coordinate material selection and procurement in line with project design and cost frameworks.
Conduct regular site inspections, track execution quality, and prepare snagging/punch lists.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture.
3–6 years of relevant work experience in an interior design or architectural firm.
Female candidates preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
Familiarity with 3D rendering tools (e.g., Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray) is an advantage.
Knowledge of local codes, construction systems, and building standards.
