We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Institutional Sales Manager with experience in corporate gifting sales, preferably within the luggage or lifestyle products industry. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering personalized gifting solutions to corporate clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (MBA/BBA preferred).
2–5 years of relevant experience in B2B or institutional sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Prior experience in luggage or lifestyle gifting is an advantage.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Identify growth opportunities in existing accounts and build new business.
Monitor and adjust performance strategies to optimize results.
Client Acquisition and Lead Generation
Research and identify potential clients (corporates, SMBs, government, NGOs).
Generate leads through cold calls, networking, social platforms, and events.
Maintain and update a sales pipeline and follow up diligently.
Client Relationship Management
Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
Ensure post-sales follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
Customization and Personalization
Offer personalized gifting options aligned with client branding.
Collaborate with internal teams for customization and packaging preferences.
Ensure the final product reflects client expectations.
Sales Presentation and Negotiation
Create persuasive presentations and proposals.
Negotiate terms to ensure mutual benefit and profitability.
Close deals and secure advance payments or long-term contracts.
Order Fulfillment and Payment Collection
Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Track order status and communicate updates to clients.
Ensure full and final payment collection and resolve any delivery-related issues.
