Job Title: Indian Chef
Department: Kitchen
We are seeking an experienced Indian Chef skilled in North Indian, South Indian, and other regional Indian cuisines. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of Indian spices and cooking techniques, with the ability to maintain exceptional standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.
Prepare authentic Indian dishes across multiple regional cuisines.
Develop and refine menu items as required.
Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen hygiene.
Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including time and resource management.
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
Assist in inventory control and cost management.
Contract Duration: 1 Year (extendable based on performance)
Location: Älmhult, Kronoberg County, Sweden
Experience Required: 3–5 years of professional experience in Indian cuisine
Salary Range: 25,000 – 30,000 SEK per month
Vacancies: 1 (with scope for additional openings in the future)

Graduation: Any discipline
Post-Graduation: Any / Not mandatory
Special Courses (Preferred): Culinary Certification, Diploma in Hotel Management, or specialized training in Indian cuisines
