We are looking for a seasoned HVAC Engineer to join our Sustainability Engineering Team. This role bridges the gap between traditional mechanical systems and modern IoT, controls, and data analytics. You will be responsible for integrating sensors, BMS systems, and IoT platforms into enterprise-scale HVAC infrastructure to enable real-time monitoring, fault detection, and significant energy optimization.
Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid)

Travel: Approximately 50% travel required
Compensation: Up to ₹18 LPA
Experience: 6+ years in HVAC design, operations, or commissioning.
Technical Depth: Strong understanding of chilled water systems, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
Control Systems: Hands-on experience with BMS integration and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus).
Hardware Proficiency: Skilled in working with field devices, including meters, sensors, and controllers.
Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot the intersection of mechanical HVAC issues, data flow, and communication networks.
Adaptability: Comfortable transitioning between physical site environments and digital analytics platforms.
Bachelor degree
System Optimization: Survey and optimize complex HVAC systems, including chilled water systems, AHU/FCU, and VRF/VRV.
Field Deployment: Manage the installation and configuration of energy meters, flow meters, and various environmental sensors (temperature, pressure, etc.).
Systems Integration: Integrate HVAC hardware with BMS platforms (BACnet, Modbus) and IoT infrastructure (LoRaWAN gateways).
Energy Strategy: Identify inefficiencies and implement advanced control strategies, including setpoint optimization, scheduling improvements, and load-based controls.
Data Validation: Collaborate with software teams to validate telemetry data and enhance the accuracy of performance dashboards and analytics.
Commissioning: Support on-site commissioning, technical troubleshooting, and system validation during project transitions.
