About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our in-house HR team at Alliance Recruitment Agency. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle, identifying high-quality candidates, and supporting internal hiring needs across departments. If you’re passionate about people, proactive in talent sourcing, and ready to help build high-performing teams, we’d love to meet you.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring from job requisition to onboarding.

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.

    • Source candidates via internal referrals, job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.

    • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, schedule and coordinate further interviews.

    • Handle reference and background checks, extend offer letters, and manage onboarding.

  • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.

  • Employer Branding: Contribute to initiatives that promote our company as an employer of choice.

  • Stakeholder Management: Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.

  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data using the ATS and provide reports on hiring progress and metrics.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human ResourcesBusiness Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in an in-house HR setting.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), and LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a candidate-first mindset.

  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
