We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our in-house HR team at Alliance Recruitment Agency. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle, identifying high-quality candidates, and supporting internal hiring needs across departments. Bachelor degree
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring from job requisition to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
Source candidates via internal referrals, job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, schedule and coordinate further interviews.
Handle reference and background checks, extend offer letters, and manage onboarding.
Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
Employer Branding: Contribute to initiatives that promote our company as an employer of choice.
Stakeholder Management: Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data using the ATS and provide reports on hiring progress and metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in an in-house HR setting.
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a candidate-first mindset.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
