Ability to manage kitchen budgeting and cost control

Oversee complete kitchen operations and manage kitchen staff
Plan and design menus as per restaurant standards
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation consistency
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Control food cost and manage inventory efficiently
Train and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff
Coordinate with management for smooth operations
