Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef / Executive Chef (Indian Cuisine) to lead kitchen operations and deliver high-quality, authentic Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu planning, team management, food quality control, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional culinary degree or certification
Experience in restaurants, hotels, or fine-dining establishments

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall kitchen operations
Design and develop authentic Indian menus and recipes
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff
Manage food cost, inventory, and vendor coordination
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Plan kitchen schedules and oversee daily food preparation
Control wastage and maintain cost efficiency
Collaborate with management on menu pricing and promotions
Required Skills & Qualifications
7–10 years of proven experience as Head Chef / Executive Chef (Indian Cuisine)
Strong expertise in Indian regional cuisines and cooking techniques
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
