The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company’s manufacturing, regulatory, and administrative functions. The GM ensures that operational processes run efficiently, comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, and align with the company’s strategic goals.
Bachelor degree
Ensure smooth and uninterrupted functioning of all manufacturing plants and administrative departments.
Drive continuous improvements to increase productivity, optimize resource utilization, and reduce waste.
Monitor and improve product quality, safety, and production output.
Represent the company in dealings with government agencies, regulatory authorities, and industry bodies.
Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, environmental regulations, factory and safety standards.
Facilitate the timely acquisition of licenses, permits, and regulatory clearances.
Lead the planning and execution of key operational and infrastructure projects.
Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency to support long-term business goals.
Align project execution with strategic priorities and operational targets.
Liaise with banks and financial institutions for working capital, loan processing, and project funding.
Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and ensure financial discipline across departments.
Provide strong leadership to plant heads and department managers to meet performance objectives.
Build and maintain a results-driven culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Conduct performance reviews and promote team development initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 12–15 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial operations, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record in operations management, compliance, and cross-functional coordination.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Knowledge of factory regulations, labor laws, and environmental compliance
