Job Title: FRP Production Engineer (Fiber-Reinforced Plastic)

Educational Qualification: B.E. – Production Engineering (with specialization or experience in FRP)
We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented FRP Production Engineer to oversee the design, manufacturing, and quality assurance of fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) products, particularly in planter production. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in composite materials, molding techniques, and FRP manufacturing processes, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor degree
Apply expertise in FRP materials such as fiberglass, carbon fiber, and various resins (polyester, epoxy, etc.)
Execute molding techniques such as hand lay-up, spray-up, and compression molding for manufacturing FRP products
Interpret and design molds for planters in various shapes and sizes
Oversee quality control processes to ensure product strength, durability, and consistency
Manage the full FRP manufacturing cycle – from raw material preparation to final finishing
Perform hand lay-up and spray-up operations, ensuring correct fiber orientation and proper resin distribution
Handle mold maintenance, demolding techniques, and mold care to prevent defects or damage
Conduct post-production finishing, including sanding, painting, and polishing for visual and functional excellence
Collaborate with design and production teams to meet product specifications and client requirements
Maintain compliance with safety standards and production guidelines
FRP Material Expertise: Deep knowledge of composite materials and their applications
Molding Techniques: Proficiency in hand lay-up, spray-up, and compression molding
Mould Design: Ability to interpret technical drawings and contribute to mold design and manufacturing
Quality Control: Experience in implementing quality assurance practices in FRP production
Finishing Skills: Skilled in sanding, polishing, and final product detailing
Educational Background:
B.E. in Production Engineering, Composite Materials Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering
Preferred Experience: Prior experience in FRP manufacturing environments, particularly related to planters or similar molded products
