We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager/General Manager (GM) to oversee operations at our cement bag manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have at least 20 years of experience in the cement bag manufacturing industry with a proven track record of managing a factory running more than 200 looms. You will be responsible for managing the plant's overall operations, including production, staff, quality control, and ensuring that all activities are compliant with safety standards and operational efficiency.

Lead and manage all aspects of factory operations, ensuring production goals and quality standards are met.
Supervise and manage over 200 looms and associated equipment.
Oversee the daily operations, including production planning, staffing, and maintenance.
Ensure the implementation of health, safety, and environmental protocols.
Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and manage budgets, production schedules, and staffing requirements.
Maintain inventory levels, monitor raw material usage, and ensure the factory runs efficiently.
Work closely with senior management and other departments to align factory operations with company goals.
Total Experience: 20+ years in the cement bag manufacturing industry.
Leadership Experience: Minimum 10 years as a General Manager or Factory Manager.
Proven experience in managing large-scale production operations (200+ looms).
Strong background in operations management, including production, quality, safety, and staff management.
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any relevant field (engineering, production, etc.).
Special Courses: Preference will be given to candidates with additional relevant certifications or specialized training.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing plant machinery, production planning, and factory maintenance.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead large teams, drive performance, and make strategic decisions.
Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of identifying production issues and implementing effective solutions.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi to ensure clear direction and team coordination.
Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of factory performance metrics, KPIs, and data analysis.
