Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and resourceful Elite Lifestyle Manager to provide white-glove service to an exclusive clientele of high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and relationship manager, offering bespoke solutions for luxury lifestyle needs, including travel, events, experiences, and exclusive access to premium services and products.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct personal introduction meetings with Elite Members to build strong, trust-based relationships and understand their unique preferences and expectations.
Select the most effective communication methods for each member based on their preferences and the nature of the request.
Plan personalized travel itineraries and handle all aspects of booking luxury vacations.
Provide access to local and international high-profile events.
Liaise with luxury brands for exclusive product sourcing, purchase, and delivery.
Work with hotels, restaurants, and venues to organize exclusive events and experiences.
Source and procure tickets for global sports events such as F1, IPL, Wimbledon, Olympics, etc.
Keep members regularly updated on the progress of requests, ensuring deadlines are met or renegotiated proactively.
Follow up after service delivery to collect feedback and ensure complete satisfaction; share insights with internal teams and vendors.
Offer personalized recommendations aligned with each member’s known interests, showcasing genuine care and deep member knowledge.
Maintain detailed and dynamic member profiles categorized by interests, likes, and dislikes to support tailored services.
Remain available for urgent member requests during off-hours, ensuring a seamless experience while traveling or in different time zones.
Stay updated with global lifestyle trends, exclusive openings, and luxury launches to cross-sell and upsell services.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
7–10 years of proven experience in a luxury concierge or lifestyle management role.
Prior background in Personal Assistance, Guest Relations, Customer Service, Lifestyle or Account Management, or the luxury travel & leisure industry.
Experience in managing VIPs, executives, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
Excellent knowledge of luxury travel destinations, products, and services across the globe.
Exceptional communication skills – fluent written and spoken English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
High emotional intelligence, discretion, and cultural sensitivity.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced client requests with attention to detail.
A natural networker with the ability to build and leverage relationships with luxury vendors, hotels, restaurants, and event organizers.
