Job Description:
We are hiring a Dim Sum Chef to prepare a wide variety of authentic dim sum dishes. The ideal candidate should be creative, experienced, and passionate about Chinese cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare different types of dim sum (steamed, fried, and baked)

  • Make fresh doughs, fillings, and sauces

  • Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area

  • Support overall kitchen operations
