Position Overview
We are hiring a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager & Content Creator who will lead and execute our digital strategy. This dual-role combines campaign management with hands-on content creation across platforms. You will drive engagement, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness through compelling digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaigns
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Analyze campaign metrics and derive actionable insights using Google Analytics.
Allocate digital marketing budgets and track ROI.
Content Creation
Create original content including graphics, videos, blogs, email campaigns, and social media posts.
Design visuals and write copy for all digital platforms.
Manage photo and video shoots for campaigns and product features.
Social Media & Community
Grow brand presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Manage social interactions, DMs, and build influencer relationships.
Monitor online mentions and reputation.
Reporting & Optimization
Deliver regular reports on engagement, conversions, and campaign performance.
Use data to improve marketing effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
7+ years of digital marketing experience with proven results.
Expertise in Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and social media tools.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads and Analytics certification.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
Compensation & Work Hours
Salary: ₹50,000–75,000/month (negotiable based on skillset)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
