Function: Growth & Brand Marketing (Full-time, On-site)
Manage organic growth across LinkedIn, blogging, SEO, community engagement, and data-driven campaigns. You will create, publish, and track content that builds brand visibility and drives engagement.
LinkedIn Growth: Manage company/leadership profiles, content calendar, engagement, follower growth.
Content & Blogging: Write blogs, repurpose content into posts, reels, newsletters.
SEO & Website: Perform on-page SEO, keyword research, track rankings, coordinate technical fixes.
Email Marketing: Segment lists, draft newsletters, optimize CTAs, track performance.
Community Presence: Engage in industry forums/groups, manage brand listings, respond to messages.
Campaigns & Analytics: Run organic campaigns, measure KPIs (engagement, reach, leads).
Bachelor degree
LinkedIn growth & community engagement.
Strong writing (blogs, posts, email marketing).
SEO fundamentals & CMS handling (WordPress preferred).
Google Analytics & basic editing tools (image/video).
Preferred: CRM/automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho), Canva/video editing, UTM tagging & dashboards.
Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Journalism (or equivalent portfolio).
Certifications (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO) are a plus.
