Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and service-focused Dedicated Lifestyle Manager to deliver high-quality, personalized concierge services to exclusive members. The ideal candidate will develop deep relationships with members to understand their preferences and ensure an exceptional level of service that reflects a deep understanding of the luxury lifestyle space.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned members, building strong personal relationships based on trust and personalized service.
Conduct introduction meetings with members and maintain ongoing communication as needed throughout the membership.
Choose the most effective method of communication based on the member’s preferences and the urgency of the request.
Provide expert recommendations and assistance across a wide range of lifestyle services, including travel, leisure, dining, and experiences.
Offer tailored suggestions based on individual member preferences, history, and interests.
Maintain regular updates with members on their requests, setting and meeting communication deadlines.
Proactively follow up with members post-request to collect feedback and share relevant updates with internal teams and suppliers.
Create and maintain detailed member profiles, categorizing interests, likes, and dislikes to support personalized service delivery.
Stay well-informed about global luxury trends, destinations, and services to best serve a high-net-worth, international clientele.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 4–7 years of experience in a concierge, lifestyle management, or client-facing luxury services role.
Previous work experience in one or more of the following sectors: Customer Service Management, Guest Relations, Lifestyle/Account Management, Hospitality, Luxury Travel & Leisure.
Strong knowledge of global travel destinations and high-end service providers.
Proven ability to manage and exceed the expectations of affluent and high-net-worth individuals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
