Position Overview

We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for a passionate and performance-driven individual who thrives on building strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and contributing to business growth. You will be the key liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, satisfaction, and results.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable strategies.

  • Organize and conduct regular review meetings to assess client satisfaction and opportunities for improvement.

  • Implement client retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize engagement.

Project Management & Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of recruitment or staffing projects.

  • Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and successful project execution.

  • Identify potential project risks or issues and resolve them proactively.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Business Development

  • Explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.

  • Support proposal creation and participate in client presentations.

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to close new business opportunities.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor and support junior team members in handling client interactions and project execution.

  • Promote a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement.

  • Help define and achieve team goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Communication & Reporting

  • Provide clients with regular updates, reports, and insights.

  • Communicate project status, achievements, and concerns clearly to both clients and internal teams.

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate client documentation and records in CRM systems.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or related roles.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle client-facing roles effectively.

  • Proven project management capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and follow-through.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
