Chef – International Cuisine

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Chef, specializing in international cuisine
Graduation in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts
Strong understanding of kitchen operations, hygiene, and food presentation
Contract duration: 2 years (renewable)
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: QAR 2000 – 3000 (Depending on experience)

Prepare and present high-quality international dishes
Ensure food is prepared and served according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
Maintain cleanliness, food hygiene, and kitchen organization at all times
Supervise kitchen staff and assist in the training of junior chefs
Monitor food stock levels and manage inventory
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth meal service
Innovate and contribute to menu development based on current trends and customer feedback

Graduation in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or equivalent field
Preferred but not mandatory
Professional certification in international cuisine or culinary training is an advantage

Excellent verbal and written communication
English (mandatory)
Additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are a plus
