Business Development & Lead Generation
Develop and execute multi-channel business development strategies to generate qualified leads.
Identify and engage decision-makers within BPO, KPO, Insurance, and Global Service organizations.
Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
Research target companies and identify new business opportunities.
Sales & Client Acquisition
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
Understand client hiring challenges and propose suitable recruitment and staffing solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.
Market Research & Strategy
Conduct detailed market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Identify untapped markets and growth opportunities.
Develop lead profiling strategies to improve conversion rates.
Provide market intelligence and recommendations to management.
Pipeline & Revenue Management
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Track opportunities through CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups.
Monitor conversion ratios and optimize sales processes.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact during the sales process.
Ensure excellent customer experience and client retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling recruitment solutions.
Qualification :
Bachelor degree
Primary Responsibilities :
5–8 years of Business Development or Sales experience.
Proven experience within BPO, KPO, Insurance, Staffing, Recruitment, or Global Services industries.
Strong expertise in lead generation, lead management, and deal closure.
Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and sales targets.
Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
