Job Overview:

Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition and growth efforts. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the recruitment industry.

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to convert prospects into clients.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on client needs and industry trends.

  • Build and maintain a strong professional network within the recruitment sector.

  • Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences.

  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.

  • Understand client requirements to ensure successful candidate placements.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve client issues.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and uncover growth opportunities.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and signing.

  • Negotiate contracts and service fees with clients.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize results.

  • Develop and implement business development plans aligned with company goals.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within recruitment or staffing industries.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain robust client relationships.

  • Excellent presentation and sales skills.

  • Deep understanding of recruitment industry dynamics and hiring processes.

  • Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

  • Results-oriented with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
